Equine Librium is an Equine Assisted Coaching program located in Petaluma, California that offers equine therapy for emotional disorders. The wholistic program combines psychological tools rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness practice and horse connection.
My mission is to help individuals who are suffering from anxiety, worries, and feeling overwhelmed to heal through horse connection. My therapeutic approach is unique and integrates healing techniques from different teachings. Such as Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Chakra Healing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Psychology, and Natural Horsmenship.
